The Warhorse-class dreadnought was developed out of need for a heavy battleship that could fulfill the roll of bombardment of deep inland strikes. Most designs are considerably costly, however, the Warhorse utilizes many internal systems of the Noble-class carrier and weapon systems of the Phalanx-class battlecruisers and the Templar-class destroyers, while employing it's okay massive gun systems. These systems are augmented by utilizing heavily augmented rounds of various nature; many of the round-styles can be modified to launch missiles, or even packages of missiles, allowing for deep inland anti-air and guided missile strikes to include massive range extensions to cruise missiles.

One of the most critical and budget-intelligent aspects about the Warhorse is that it utilizes a massive command-center, negating the need for command vessels. Coupled with it's two massive Phased Array Radars, each can coordinate entire regions of military forces.
